File a Claim

All claims for damages against the City must be filed with the Office of the City Clerk/Treasurer of the City of Cerritos within six months after which the incident or event occurred.

Tree Root Claim

For damages to personal property caused by tree roots (roots of City-owned, parkway trees). Supporting documentation may be attached.
