Facility Rental
Rooms at the Cerritos Senior Center can be rented for adult-oriented events. The Center's 5,000-square foot Majestic Room and catering kitchen can accommodate large parties. The Center also offers multi-purpose rooms and an outdoor patio area that can be reserved.

Saturday & Sunday
10 a.m. to midnight
City functions have priority.

All fees are subject to change.

Rental Policies
Senior Center Facility Rental Policies and Procedures
In addition:
- Reservations are permitted weekends only
- Reservations must end by 11 p.m. and clean-up must end by midnight
- Only adult-focused functions are allowed in the Senior Center
- A minimum payment of 50% of the total deposit must be made at the time of reservation; the remaining balance is to be paid in full the first day of the month prior to the requested day
- Deposits are refundable pending inspection of space
