City of Cerritos Strategic Planning Process

Overview

The City of Cerritos is developing a comprehensive Strategic Plan to guide our priorities and efforts for the next three to five years. This plan will align the community, City Council and staff around a shared vision for the future of Cerritos. We are seeking input from Cerritos residents, businesses and City staff to help shape the Strategic Plan.

The City Council has contracted a leading public affairs consultancy, Tripepi Smith, to facilitate the planning process. Your feedback is essential in developing a plan that reflects the needs and aspirations of our community.
